No, I eat popcorn, gum, chewy foods all the time. I ve had braces for two years and I have never broken a bracket!

Not really - there are few foods that you can't eat so it's not a big deal. Unless you're a popcorn addict, or its your favourite food, you can easily live without it.

Popcorn is bad fir you anyway, it's mostly genetically engineered and loaded with pesticide. You're better off without it.

When I had braces, the only thing that annoyed me was when after I would get them tightened, my mom would take me to eat at McDonalds, lol
