My Asus Q302L power button stopped working after a month. Is it true that nothing can be done by Asus or BestBuy?

    yes call the Asus but do not to talk to the technician unless he speaks english without asian accents!

    It will take approximately 1 month to get it fixed

    That is false. You at the very least have a warranty through ASUS if you bought it new
