When charging battery(for example Li-io) I am interested how much amps/milliamps went inside battery in total,

and how match came out while it is discharging.

Regular Amp meter measures how much Amp/hours is going through wire, but i am interested meter that is counting Amps up, similar to cars odometer, 

I am looking fo device which will convert signal from telephone line to ethernet signals which could be handled by networking switch. Also looking for device which will do vice versa.

What am i trying to accomplish:

I have two switches one in my room 2nd in living room, as you expect they are connected with ethernet cable .

phone line is located in my room however i need that phone line in living room for fax.

I am planing to do this

I attained A.A.S degree in Networking Technology. I didn't took any database classes, and now I want to make it up by my self.

Right now I am learning Libreoffice base which uses HSQLDB as it's database.

so my question are

1st what are the softwares which are used by net and database administrators for database management ?

2nd and if I can manage different types of databases with Libreoffice base than why to choose this or that database?

3rd am I doing right thing to learn Libreoffice base with it's HSQLDB at least as 1st step?

In the USA as far as I know we are innocent until proven guilty(correct me if i am wrong please).

However in the court the first question the defendant is asked is, is he innocent or not?

Why is this?

what will happen if you refuse to answer this question?

Is there other way to answer this question(except of "Innocent your Honorable" or "Guilty your Honorable" ).

Because of if you are guilty it is not in your interest to answer this question, because the plaintiff might not sufficient evidence to prove that you are Guilty, and if they do and your answer was Innocent you have lied to court which is another crime(and likely this will reflect how much you will be fined or added to time that you have to spent in prison).

it is giving me "REG ADD command ERROR : invalid syntax."

Primarily thumb in both of my hands.

This happens when am using pen, screwdriver, or similar tools.

Hello I have been using EveryCircuit on Android for few yrs, but for me it has one problem it does not work if I do not connect circuit to the ground.

lets Take LED and 3V battery if I connect Anode from LED to positive, and Cathode to negative, why do I have to use Ground? It should work with ought any problem at least in a real life it does.

So am looking for circuit simulator were ground is optional
