my parents wont stop fighting?
they keep fighting with eachother and when they are and my step mom encounters me, she always takes it out on me and and makes me feel like crap, i don't know how to handle this i'd really like to move out but i'm only 16

You have two options.
a) Speak with an adult about it and see if they can help you.
b) Avoid your parents.
I would recommend option a) because that means they could get you into a fosterhome, or have therapy sessions or possibly make your parents divorce since that definitely seems like the best option for the two of them.

Get help from a school councilor or an adult friend to help you decide what do do. If you really don't want to live with them, contact the authorities and have them make you live with another family member.
