if a girl in class says to you, want to get together to study sometime, or study together sometime, is that a sign that she likes you?

or do you think is only just looking for help? as for liking you, do you think it usually means the girl likes you as a friend or as a potential boyfriend?

I got this girls number in class, even though I was the one who made the first move on her, in terms of approaching and talking to her first, after a little over 2 weeks of talking, at the end of class she offers me her phone number first instead of me asking, saying on getting together to study sometime. Of course I accept.

Anyhow, she canceled plans on the day we were supposed to meet up, if a girl flakes on your like that, did she all of a sudden lose interest?
