His Jesus still human in Heaven, or a spirit now?

I say neither. When He ascended he had a physical form but could move like a spirit.

    Jesus is both at the same time. The only way I can say how is that he's both.

    Neither. He doesn't exist. It's somewhat uncertain if he ever did.

    From all eternity He was fully God, and from the moment of His conception He was fully human. And He will continue to be fully God and fully human for all eternity.
