Grocery chain in Florida forcing employees to work off the clock, what can I do to protect myself?

I'm not working off the clock.. I have been threaten to be fired though because I can not get done in the amount of time given that my co-workers are getting done since they will work an hour or two off the clock. The grocery chain is Winn Dixie

Document the hours you work off the clock and then hire a lawyer. If possible document the management ordering you to work off the clock.
