If we are all sinners in the eyes of God...?

why the extra bigotry toward the LGBTQ community?

For those of you who are going to try and tell me it doesn't exist: there is no equivalent of the Westboro Baptist Church for adultery or murder or stealing; there is no Pray Away the Lies.

So what is it? What is special about being gay that is so offensive that requires all of this special attention? I ask because I see so much hatred on Yahoo Answers. You may say "hate the sin, love the sinner", but I don't really buy that after seeing so many comments obviously directed toward the "sinner".

I AM NOT SPEAKING TO ALL CHRISTIANS. I know most Christians do not feel this way.

It's called legalism. It allows people without spiritual guidance from God to take the meanings of the New Testament and make them into yet another Law of Moses, as James of Lesser did.

As a bisexual Christian I learned that I didn't have to listen to those people. All they really did was make the Gospel sound like another Pharisaical doctrine. It plainly means they were wrong about it.

The Blood of Jesus is MORE powerfull than the sins of gay people...

I believe there will be FORGIVEN gay people in Heaven who received Jesus.

The blood of Jesus is even more powerful enough to wash away the sins of gay people.

(come on gay people, we're no better than you, and you're no better than us...

Let's ALL receive Jesus and get our sins forgiven...

and let's go to the party in the sky!
