by default am I alowed to work?
Hi guys,
I have a teir4 Visa with a 20h work limit.
However I am married to an EU citizen living here in England, does that automatically exempt me from my visas limitation?
or do I have to wait till my EEA2 card comes out.
Thanks.

No "default." Until you get your EEA card, you only have your visa allowing limited work. Employers must have proof that you are authorized to work before they can consider you.

I may be wrong but I believe that if you have an EEA Family permit there are no restrictions on employment.
