Yes, after an Australian eats an avocado, you could find it inside of him or her.
But if you want to know if Avocado trees grow in Australia, they are not native to Australia (they originated in Mexico and Central America), but the plants have been introduced and people grow avocadoes in Australia now.

At times you could say yes but not right now. The last time an avocado was in me was months ago as they're expensive. I love it on grain toast with a sprinkling of extra virgin olive oil and salt. If you're wondering, yes I do live in Australia.

Hey there! An avocado is a fruit, why would it be in an Australian? Apart if he eats one, there is no chance that it lands inside him! Do note that you will have to carry tests to know what it really is, the fruit will surely be digested if it’s really in the Australian! You cracked me up with your question!

The avocado (Persea americana) is a tree native to Mexico and Central America, classified in the flowering plant family Lauraceae along with cinnamon, camphor and bay laurel.

I don't think they really do autopsies of Australians, so they wouldn't have the opportunity to find one
