Do I need an amp?
I'm putting a Sony head unit, two 60w speakers, and two 75w speakers in my 01 honda accord. Can I forgo putting an amp in?

Yeah you don't HAVE to put an amp in. The head unit should be able to handle 4 speakers. Although, with an amp they would sound better and get louder.

You're just asking the same type of question. N2 already gave you the links to the type of amp you need.
Adding an amplifier for the mids and highs is optional. If you don't want to add an amp, you can just run the mids and highs off the head unit.
