Track and Field: Do up think that it is ok to wear middle distance spikes without socks?

I do, because in warm Souther California, it helps keep my feet cool, is lighter, and reduces slipping on curves. What is your opinion?

    that is a personal choice and always wear socks and some never wear socks with their spikes.

    Socks will help prevent blisters from rubbing and sweat. You can get thin athletic socks.
