Iam in srilanka but I like to work Canada plz tell me how to get permanent resident while working?

What university degrees do you hold in which fields from which universities where? What post-master's degree experience do you have doing what where for whom for how long? You must be highly educated, trained & experienced in a field where there is a shortage of qualified Canadians.
