Yes. This is yet another time he has learned about a problem in his administration from the news. I have heard CEOs say that if they heard about serious problems like this from the news instead of their staff, someone would be fired! Rightly so. This is an indictment of the indifference of Obama (not just the Administration) to problems going in the administration. He doesn't GET this! It's astounding! I would be embarrassed as Hell to have to admit this! It might be one of the few things I would actually cover up!

Hillary Clinton's use of a private e-mail account when she was secretary of State was lawful. The law restricting such private accounts by public officials was changed in 2014.
