tarus M9 barrel problems?
my step brother got a tarus M9 on a trade (cant remember model but it was pt 99 or something) and his uncle told him to get rid of it ASAP that they have a barrel issue where the end would banana out in models made from 1995-2005. is this true?

Yeah, its BS.
The 99 is kind of a "target" model of the 92 with adjustable sights.
The 100 and 101 are the 40sw models.

Total horse crap. Taurus has been making PT 99s for a long time from the same machinery that they used to make licensed Beretta 92s. Of any gun Taurus sells, I would recommend the PT99 as one of the best values.
