Hi. im looking for suggestions on how to quickly and cheaply and as possible brighten up my garden.

Suggestions for nice plants for pots which hassle free and look after themselves, if such a thing exists!

Geraniums and Pansies can be very bright. So can impatiens. Places

like Walmart sell some really nice brightly colored pots during the

growing season. Also, at places like the dollar stores you can buy

those glass globes and other glass ornaments on a stick to stick in

the ground. They brighten up a garden to because when the sun

hits them they shine really nicely.

The "looking after themselves" is best achieved by planting native flowers which naturally rely on the climatic circumstances of your area. Google native wildflowers.
