Will there be any injuries if I use force to touch my toe?

I failed my sit-and-reach practice test.

It is completely harden to continue move forward by myself unless force is applied and I have been doubting whether there will be injuries.

I seek my PE (Physical Education) teacher and he said there will be no injuries (i.e. fracture) but my friend told me probably will. I am at my friend's side.

You should never "force" your body beyond its limits. If your feeling pain when you are stretching, then you need to stop.

You COULD pull a muscle or tendon. Building up flexibility takes time. Some people are naturally more flexible than others. Stretch a little bit each day and try to relax and hold it for at least 30 seconds. Then go a little further each time. You should improve over time.
