Facebook business page, Facebook scamming my likes?
I have a business page, and every time I get to 997 or 998 "likes", it randomly drops the counter by 10 likes. It won't show "dislikes" in the graph timeline, the overall count just drops by exactly 10... and I have a feeling it's because I don't pay for advertising so it just won't let me go over 1,000 by virtue of real people actually liking my page... and it is only people who are customers liking the page for a preview of their orders, so I know it's not "bots" or whatever other excuses Facebook uses to delete likes. Is there ANYTHING I can do about this?

most likely what is happening is facebook is deleting the accounts of the "people" who are liking your page, which in turn deletes the "like"
a lot of accounts are getting deleted because people are not following the rules...
it has nothing to do with you not paying for advertising, and facebook is not targeting you in any way
