¿Donde puedo empezar a ver One Piece?

Hola, quiero empezar a ver Manga, y One Piece me llamó mucho la tención. Quiciera saber donde lo puedo ver en Ingles Subtitulado al Español o ya en un caso muy extremo o si me lo recomiendan en Japonés subtitulado al Español.

Tambien quiciera saber cuantas temporadas tiene y si se puede saber una intreducción corta de que se trata.
