Why can't I ejaculate on depakote?
Have been taking depakote and been trying to have orgasm. Have tried to ejaculate many times and each time have tried for about 30 minutes and can't have any discharge. Had no issues ejaculating before depakote and many sites say its normal for depakote to be unable to ejaculate with. How long should this last or any easier ways such as shimming up a rope?

Some drugs do have that side effect. No idea why climbing a rope would have any effect. With anti-depressants that have the same side effect I have found that contracting the scrotum during erection repeatedly will cause the scrotum to tighten up as it does normally before ejaculation, and doing it repeatedly (takes some practice) it can help jump start the climax and allow you to ejaculate. Might try that method.

You need to talk to the Dr who prescribed the medication and see if there is something else that you can take. I doubt if it will go away on it's own.
