Claritin or Zyrtec which one gives faster relief ?

Update:

I presently use Benadryl to stop allergic reactions from stinging insects and other allergens. Consumer reports says Benadry'ls ingredients may cause increased risk of dementia or Alzheimers. Can either Claritin or Zyrtec help me in place of Benadryl, especially for insect stings. I also have to carry an EpiPen but if a pill can help I may not need the EpiPen. Thank You !

    Zyrtec does. Claritin can take two days.

    I use Claritin when I'm having allergies. I tried other brands but they didn't work as fast as Claritin.
