Question about outstanding personal loan & credit cards from bank?

First, keep in mind that I'm just asking this question outta curiosity & nothing to do with real life. I just want to know. I'm gonna face some interviews & someone said you could face such a questions that what would you do as the responsible officer.

Question is: What would happen if a person who borrowed a personal loan from a bank & has outstanding amount on multiple credit cards and he committed a suicide due to frustration? What would be the bank's action in such a scenario?

You would never be asked this Q in an interview.

    Someone is making it up.

The bank would try to collect from the man's assets. If no assets, they just have to write it off. {WHY the reason for the suicide? ... suicide(period)
