Short expression for the time when an employer should come to work.?

I am not a native english speaker, so some things dont come naturally to me in english. So if a company's regulation states that all employers should be at work at 8 : 00 am, how do you call that specific time as short and laconically as you can?

For example, we call 'deadline' the last hour that you are allowed to submit your work / homework etc.

What about the last hour when you can go to work?

I would prefer answers from native english speakers, so that I dont get a word-by-word translation. I need the actual word that is used in these cases

I think you mean employee not employer. We don't have a specific one word for the time we start work. We just say that our start time is 8am. or we start work at 8am. or we must clock in by 8am. You could say that the deadline for starting work is 8am but I cannot imagine that being said in normal conversation.
