offbrand PS3 controller for windows?
I bought a bargain brand ps3 controller so I can play emulators but it did not come with any software disk etc.
can someone please link me a driver for this thing, its a snakebyte brand ps3 controller (wired).
The only thing I can find for it in reviews etc is a program called motionjoy, which apparently is total garbage that requires you be online and be spammed with adverts while you use the thing, otherwise the driver (which is hosted online) wont work. So no motionjoy tyvm.
any viable drivers or mini program would be very helpful. I used to have a controller that worked well and CAME with its own driver disk and mini program, but it doesn't work with this.

It's a 3rd party controller that won't have proper compatible drivers for it. Sorry to burst your bubble. If you want to play on the PC with a controller, then just get a PC controller (you know, one that's MADE FOR PC), not a controller that's NOT MADE for PC. Simple.
