Social Careers?

I don't want to be a social worker as such, but I enjoy socialising. I feel like a Buzzfeed or Google type environment would suit me. I've been raised around people of all different cultures and backgrounds and would like to continue that diversity at work. What jobs involve a lot of social interaction?

Wedding and event Planners have a lot of social interaction. Public relations, promoters (especially for sports teams), those that work at zoos, museums, national parks, and historical monuments also get to do a lot of interacting with the public. Hairstylist also do quite a bit of socializing.

No one is going to pay you to "socialize" except perhaps in the hospitality industry. If you like working with a vast variety of people, perhaps you might do well as a travel guide in a city or national park that attracts lots of tourists. Or you could be a hotel concierge?

P.S. I have yet to have a job (in 25 years) where there wasn't daily social interaction regardless of the industry. But that's not what you get paid for. That's just called "working well with others." Doesn't your dental hygienist chat you up? Or your barista? Sure...but that's not what they get paid for.
