I compare by factual evidence. Interesting fact,,, Many Turkish mosques especially during the Ottoman empire were erected and designed by non Muslim architects.. So you may want to rephrase your question...

Persian and Turkish architectures are fat better than Arabic. Look at Blue Mosque or Shah mosque.
