    Someone (not a person proficient in English) has written an interview or test question very poorly. It's difficult for us to know what they intend. Assuming you are in the hospitality industry or in a college studying hospitality, they seem to want to know something about your knowledge of what would be expected from a professional visitor, maybe if the visitor were only in town briefly, but they may mean that you should give a brief answer about what the professional visitors might expect in the way of hospitality.
