Noah wants the new capture card and purchase it with Gamestop online, and it's $180. He has $267, with $119 in giftcards that can be used towards Gamestop online. His friend James agrees to pay half, but doesn't quite have the money yet. Noah's mother, Lillian, offers to assist in figuring out what to do. If Noah wants to purchase the order the capture card TODAY, what will he have to do?

Maybe I am missing something. He has 267 and the thing costs 180. Noah just buys it----if he wants to trust James he can get James to give him the money he has so that James is invested and hope James pays the rest later. If James doesn't pay the rest later he loses claim to half the capture card.
Let me know thru comments what I am missing.
