I got 2 female rats last week. And they are starting to get a larger belly. I think they might be pregnant. Can I still hold them?
I am just wondering because these are my first rats I have ever owned. I wasn't planning on babies but I will have to deal with them. I have been looking online about raising rats, but nothing was saying if you could hold them or not. Please be nice, I am still learning about rats.

Yes but be very gentle. In the later stages of pregnancy you might not want to though. If you got them from a pet store,they are probably pregnant.
