Question about DriveTime?
My fiance had a Nissan truck that he traded in today for a Chevy Malibu at Drivetime. During the test drive everything was fine, but as we were driving home (since it was quiet at night) we noticed a buzzing sound that was continuous.
We decided to return it as they have a return policy on it but we are wondering if we can get the old Nissan truck back or would they just give us the money for the trade in.

He doesn't own the Nissan truck any longer, he traded it in. They will try to put him in another piece of crap car. There's only one reason anyone buys from Drivetime - it's because it is their only option.

If they still have your truck you can get it back. If it's gone you get the value they gave you. But you better read that contract. Return doesn't necessarily mean refund. They may force you to just pick another car and they keep your money.
