Opinion on the movie: O Brother, Where Art Thou?

This buddy of mine is having a big yard sale and this movie caught my eye. I asked him about it and it turns out he's never watched it himself. I read the back and it seemed like a good movie, but I want to see what you guys think of It before I get it.

    Saturated colors + folk music + the Coen Brothers version of the Odyssey = O Brother Where Art Thou. If that combination of things sounds cool to you, then you'll like it. Personally, I enjoyed it and I do own it. It's one of my least favorite Coen Brothers movies, but it's still pretty good.
