When studies about coffee are mentioned, do they refer to strong, brewed coffee,?

or the instant varieties, which contain considerably less caffeine?

    Actually, except for taste, the different ways to make coffee really aren't all that different for the result from a chemical point of view.

    The one major difference is that with a filter you filter out the fatty-acids, which are still in the coffee if you don't filter it.

    The key to coffee though, it's a very potent antioxidant, so if you can handle it, it's very good to clean the body(especially the brain, and cardiovascular system greatly benefit), if it's too much for you though, maybe a gentler antioxidant(like tea) would be better.
