how to get with older women.?

So I'm 16 and I don't really think girls my age are very mature and I would like to get into a more serious situation. The first thing is how do I get with older women in a night club and second, how do I approach older women in town or in public? About 22 or 25. Maybe a little less. Thanks!!

    3) Crib
