144000 will rule with Jesus in heaven. An unnumbered great crowd made up of Armageddon survivors and resurrected ones will live forever on a paradise Earth under that Kingdom arrangement. That is the simple but beautiful bible teaching.

John 14:19:
"In a little while the world will see me no more, but you will see me, because I live and you will live."
Isaiah 25:8 - take your pick, at:
https://www.biblegateway.com/verse/en/Isaiah%2025:...
where, for example, the ASV reads:
"He hath swallowed up death for ever; and the Lord Jehovah will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the reproach of his people will he take away from off all the EARTH: for Jehovah hath spoken it."
And that aligns with what is said at Revelation 21:3,4, does it not? Of course it does.
So, if "the world will see [Jesus] no more," and death with respects to those dwelling on earth is "swallowed up forever," then obviously Jesus will not be in the same location as those who dwell everlastingly on earth.
That notion accords with what we read at Daniel 7:13,14:
"“I kept watching in the visions of the night, and look! with the clouds of the heavens, someone like a son of man was coming; and he gained access to the Ancient of Days, and they brought him up close before that One. 14 And to him there were given rulership, honor, and a kingdom, that the peoples, nations, and language groups should all serve him. His rulership is an everlasting rulership that will not pass away, and his kingdom will not be destroyed."
Where is that kingdom? Heaven.
Where is its primary ruler? Heaven, obviously.
Over whom will it rule? "peoples, nations, and language groups."
Where are "peoples, nations, and language groups"? Earth.
So then, can we verify that those "peoples, nations, and language groups" are "believers"?
Psalm 37:9-11:
"For evil men will be done away with, But those hoping in Jehovah will possess the earth. 10 Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there. 11 But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."
Proverbs 2:21,22:
"For only the upright will reside in the earth, And the blameless will remain in it. 22 As for the wicked, they will be cut off from the earth, And the treacherous will be torn away from it."
The ones who will be in the same location [in heaven] with Jesus for all eternity are those spoken of at Romans 8:16,17, the called and chosen ones who make up the 144,000 associate kings and priests. [Revelation 14:1,4; 20:4,6].
All earthly believers in Jesus will benefit everlastingly from his benevolence, according to Hebrews 5:9,10, 6:20:
"Although he was a Son, he learned obedience from the things he suffered; 9 and after he had been made perfect he became responsible for everlasting salvation to all those obeying him, 10 because he has been specifically called by God a high priest according to the manner of Mel·chiz′e·dek.
6:20: where a forerunner has entered in our behalf, Jesus, who has become a high priest according to the manner of Mel·chiz′e·dek forever."

Not at all. God loves his children. God's children are those who do what God guides them to do for the benefit of humanity. They learn to work with God for the benefit of humanity. God guides his children. God protects his children from danger and illness. God provides for their needs. God rewards his children the citizenship of God's kingdom.

Yes, if you are a real believer and have done what Jesus commanded to inherit it.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. John 3:16, 18
It is open to ALL who will receive Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. "But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." John 1:12
By receiving Him, you are born again and it is mandatory. Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. John 3:3, 5
"You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him." Rom. 8:9
Still open to all, as John 1:12 says. "The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him." Rom. 8:16, 17
I tell you, many will come from east and west and recline at table with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. Matt. 8:11
In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. John 14:2, 3
For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. 1 Thess. 4:16, 17
You don't want to be caught on the left side of Jesus. “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And he will place the sheep on his right, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” Matt. 25:31-34, 41, 46
For many, of whom I have often told you and now tell you even with tears, walk as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their end is destruction, their god is their belly, and they glory in their shame, with minds set on earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself. Phil. 3:18-21
Old Testament saints. These all died in faith, not having received the things promised, but having seen them and greeted them from afar, and having acknowledged that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. For people who speak thus make it clear that they are seeking a homeland. If they had been thinking of that land from which they had gone out, they would have had opportunity to return. But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared for them a city. Heb. 11:13-16
After separating the righteous from the unrighteous, eternity. "Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God." Rev. 21:1-3
