which sentence sounds right?

say, we are having a party outdoor and then it rains

3. The rain wash all the fun away.

4. The rain wash away all the fun.

is it ok to just say, The rain wash/washes all the fun?

    3 & 4 are incorrect, but 1 and 2 are grammatically fine.

    'Rain' is singlular, so you would say "The rain washes". So 3 & 4 are not correct. #1 is not correct because it ends with a preposition. #2 is the correct one.
