is it legal for a 17 year old boy to sleep with a 19 year old girl?

My friend is wondering about this because he wants to know if they can legally spend the night at each others houses. Thanks!

    If they have sex, they're pushing legal boundaries. If they're just spending the night at each other's houses, no sex involved, everything's a-okay.

    Only if both parents allow it. He is still a minor.
