Is 2 hours a day too long for travel time to school?

This could be slightly less or a lot more depending on the public transport's efficiency. If you're in the british system, this is for year 13 (A2). It's two hours there and back x

    No - that's a normal period of time to spend travelling 1 way.

    What are your alternatives? If there are none then it doesn't matter, you have to spend the time in the car/bus/train. Use that time to do homework if you are not driving.

    if you are able to read/study while traveling, it might not be too bad
