Why do Republicans think meritocracy should apply to everyone EXCEPT for the children of Rich People?

The classic American Dream is that you work hard, succeed and that your kids are better off than you were.

Why do Democrats hate the American Dream so much?

So what if someone starts a business, works hard, gets rich and then gives much of the wealth to the kids?

Don't blame the REPS. Most REPS never even ventured into the DEM plantation. They know nothing about life in a ghetto or barrio. DEMs control all the institutions and schools in their plantations where they prosper off the misery of others. Poor black CITIZEN males and poor latino CITIZEN males are victims of the public school to prison pipeline inherent in DEM plantation ghetto and barrio schools. Lets enable our young males to work their way out of the DEM plantation and into the middle-class by insuring they can read and write, understand math and science and have basic job skills. Their families and our nation's futures depend on it.

Republicans only care about the top 1%. Even Ted Cruz supports the TPP.

And by "meritocracy" it appears you mean that YOU get to decide on what merits MY children will receive inheritance.

That is not a meritocracy.

Rich people usually did not get that way by being lazy dumb azzes. Their kids are usually just as smart and hard working as mom and dad.

Because, in your own mind, anything is possible. You're repeating what you've dreamed, seek help! And summertime its the second stupidest person on the planet!
