Should I shave my head for a movie role?
So I've always wanted to be a professional singer, actress, and dancer. I do a lot of professional theatre and I have an agent. I was chosen to audition for a movie as the lead but if I got the role, I'd have to shave my head to stubble. It sounds like a pretty neat movie but I'm really unsure. I read that if you were to shave your head, it grows back healthier and undamaged, but I don't know how long it would take for it all to grow back out and what if I don't like it once it's shaved? Then what?! 😭 Please help!

Be confident in getting the role. In order to be confident, you have to pour your heart and soul into it and keep trying. If that means shaving your head, then do it.

It can always grow back right? You might find you like it better, easier maintenance etc. There's really no way to know until you do it. If you have healthy longish hair you might want to donate it to locks of love or something, this way if you totally hated it, it wouldn't be that much of a letdown ;)

it depends on the person how fast it will grow but it will take at least a year to grow back even if your hair grows fast you have to weigh that with how long you will be working on the movie and will it make it hard to get another role afterward
