Sleep apnea issue?
Ok, I've been diagnosed as having mild sleep apnea. I've been prescribed a CPAP (continous positive airway pressure.) however, Ive been having problems using the CPAP machine because I don't like the idea of having plastic on my face while I sleep (full face mask). Are there any types of masks that will allow me to use the cpap machine, like a mask that only covers the mouth?

I couldn't use the CPAP either. Usually sleep apnea is related to weight problems. Try losing weight. If that doesn't work then there are surgeries available on your tonsils. Another possibility is medical pot which is what worked for me. I got medical pot for pain but it also worked for my sleep. Try Charlottes Web.
