Should I go to an endocrinologist vs my PCP when all he does is up the dosages of my insulin?

    when your dosage of insulin gets properly regulated then you can quit seeing either of these 2 doctors, but I will continue to see the Endo and the PCP both.

    You will know when you are taking too much insulin, either the basal or the bolus or both. You will start to gain weight rapidly and go hypo instead of keeping your blood glucose as close to the normal range as possible.
