Postage refund?

    Hi,

    I ordered a joystick and throttle which turned out to be faulty under the warranty..

    They have replaced the faulty item but it has cost me £27 to return the faulty joystick and throttle to them.

    They also sent this email :-

    Could you please provide us with your paypal email address for the shipping refund?

    Which I supplied then they refused to pay up.8-((

    However the company states on their web page that they refund the return postage but now they are refusing to do so and are offering a credit note instead.

    I do not require a credit note as there are no Items I wish to purchase from this supplier so are they breaking their contract by not providing the refund that they have stated that they will provide?

    If so what can I do about it getting my refund?
