postage refund?

    Hi,

    Looks like my question got lost.8-((

    Joystick under warranty and manufacturer states that they will refund postage for warranty item.

    Item returned but now they say that refund on the postage will not be paid only a credit note.

    This is despite their web site promising to pay the postage for the return.

    Is this a breach of contract?
