I never realised yahoo answers was so full of terrible people.?

I came to yahoo answers to have some nice polite debates but all that happens is name calling, getting called a racist or even worse. I have had enough with it. You people are all despicable.

    HAHAHAHA

But honey that's the FUN of it all!!!

    That's why I come here

    to get my kicks

They make me laugh so hard

    every day

    It's AMAZING!!!

Learn to make ''negative'' events into POSITIVE ones

    and you'll be fine

    You'll even ENJOY Yahoo Answers

Terrible people are such an entertainment really

    LOL

    :-)

They bark and bark like dogs

and I just sit on my tree branch

    HIGH ABOVE them

    like a smart cat

and watch them bite each other

    Ahhhh, what a spectacle

    And it's FREE!!!

The secret is to stop identifying with the ''dogs''

and become like the cats, watching them

from a place of peace and tranquility!!!

They are so ridiculously funny when you can obtain

    this perspective.

    Good luck!!!

Yeah, avoid the Politics & Government section. It is the very best of the very worst of the internet. Pretty much every question is like:

"Liberals vs Conservatives: I like to make statements in the form of questions?

This is where I put my meaningless, uneducated opinion and end it with a question mark? Then I ask if I'm right? But I really don't care, because I won't listen anyway? And I'll only pick an answer that I agree with, not the most accurate one?"

Most of the other sections aren't nearly as contentious. Well...maybe avoid the Religion & Spirituality section too...it's pretty similar except with atheists vs theists.

Your statement: "I never realised yahoo answers was so full of terrible people.? I came to yahoo answers to have some nice polite debates but all that happens is name calling, getting called a racist or even worse. I have had enough with it. You people are all despicable."

You have not asked a question.

But now you have made the situation worse:

    ______________________________________________

You have added one more misspeller and dispenser of incorrect punctuation to the user base.

You have condoned the fallacy of composition by usage.

"The fallacy of composition arises when one infers that something is true of the whole from the fact that it is true of some part of the whole (or even of every proper part)."

You should click on my icon if you want to view civil discourse.

There is little to no debate there, however.

    Try to be happy.

In the real world, people are exterminating human beings for some imaginary god.

You can always leave this site.

But it can be impossible to avoid wild terrorists, depending on where one lives.

Or maybe its just typical of the crude kruddy kids that cavort on social media. The stupidity can be beyond belief. So stick around, you might become a believer, in what, I don't know but just remember, "you're known by the company you keep", and also remember that "misery loves company". This can be a pretty miserable place can't it? Sometimes the answers just don't make any sense and the grammar is bad and the spelling is worse, not to mention the punctuation.

Because they are all very young and all they know is what they experience with smarty young teenagers like their own selfs. I would try another venue for a serious answere for like advice about your personal life or especially if you are looking for information. I can only guess you are better to solve your own questions with your own answeres better than the young morons that don't have the humbleness to recognize to have a best answere to a lot of good questions from the most deserving for consideration question even if they wanted to. I hope this answeres your question.

The terrible people have always been around. Just like the people who are stupid, racists, homophobes, misogynists, hardcore religious fanatics, etc. It just appears that there are mostly them here because, 1: They don't have to censor themselves for fear of getting the **** kicked out of them, 2: The internet allows us to see them very easily and for them to bug an extremely large number of people, greater than they could in the past- and 3: It's a fact that how our brains work is that we only remember the bad things about the internet and focus on those. We focus on what sticks out but start to think that the sea of assholes is the only thing out there.

tl;dr, I know it sucks, but if you could possibly have hope for the human race I'd strongly encourage it.

Fun fact: The semicolon in tl;dr is the proper usage of a semicolon, and thus, I always put it in.

    The more you know.

Yeah I know! Back in 2010, I had a really serious kidney problem, my health was declining dramatically, and I basically thought I was gonna die. It was a really scary situation for me. So I decided to ask some questions about my health problems on yahoo answers, and people told me that I should just kill myself and get it over with. People were calling me super offensive names and were pretty much making fun of me for expressing my health concerns. It was a real wake up call, lol. I learned that people are really evil on yahoo answers.

I come to Yahoo Answers to remind myself of how i am intellectually superior to a large number of people. Seeing so many idiots argue about unknowable things like "god" as if they know any of it with certainty, or people arguing about politics and insulting each other because they were brainwashed by political propaganda, and cant see politics as anything other than democrat vs republican, or crazy trolls that ask the dumbest questions, but that brings up the idea that maybe the trolls are the only intelligent ones on here since even i have trolled quite often on here. Why did i do it? Because when you see so much idiots in one place, you cant do anything other than laugh at them and exploit their flaws for your own joy. If the world really consists of the people which are prevalent on Yahoo Answers, then no wonder the world is ******.

youre talking to generally the same people about how terrible they are...what exactly is your endgame. though, well the world is moving into a more individualistic and narcissistic society because there is more individuality and ability to get along independently and so the sense of community is dying. we no longer feel we need to work together but now we feel its everyone for themselves. no one cares much about anybody anymore. Devolped countries are becoming like this faster while developing countries have a higher sense of community and thus lesser depression and stress brought about not only by taking it on by yourself but from information overload, many tasks to complete etc.
