Think my Italian greyhound (mini greyhound) had a seizure.?
My mini greyhound Channel and my boxer Tequila were on my bed Channel was sleeping and all of a sudden she got stiff legs were moving I began to pet her I am 15 I went and got my mom she did it for about 2 minutes then got up and began to drink water. We have 6 dogs 5 the mini greyhound females one fixed male they are all vaccinated Channel is almost 2 she was a rescue we got at 6 months we called vet he said as long as she's fine see if it happens again. just wondered if anyone new if that's what it was or that's what it could be or no what it was. She was shaking as well. In the picture the mini greyhound his on the left side of the cat was taken about 2 weeks ago the picture no rude comments please thank you for any help

Yes, your dog could have had a seizure. It may or may not have been due to epilepsy. (There are other reasons for one, but epilepsy is the most common reason & they can start occuring at any point in the dog's life.) Unless the dog has a seizure as often as one every 10 days, medication is not usually called for.

No one, including a vet, can diagnose/treat your dog (most likely a seizure requiring immediate care) without examining it, least of all YA, take it to a vet.

You obviously take very good care of your furry friends :) They all look so happy, peaceful and comfortable! Just PRECIOUS!!!
