No, another whitewash and a Knighthood (or some other gong) for those responsible, well that's usually one of the methods they use to kill off these kind of things.

They make it so difficult for others in positions of power who want to know and see the truth come out that they eventually give up.

Also there's probably been that much evidence that has either been lost, forgotten or not even been heard that the truth never comes out.

Isn't it amazing how Hospitals in cases of malpractice and the Police in miscarriages of justice can lose important files, amazing truly amazing.
