Is it wrong to feel like I've accomplished nothing while all my friends are living big??

I graduated high school 4 years ago, so all my friends that I had graduated HS with are graduating college. And those that aren't, will in the next year. ALSO, all my friends have been dating their boyfriends/girlfriends for a while and are looking to settle down. SOME are even married and have kids. I feel like I've accomplished nothing compared to them...which is crazy because I did so much better than them in high school. I graduated with honors but couldn't go to college because I couldn't receive financial aid and I didn't have the money to pay for it. I barely started college and only going for a certificate. Then for my social situation.Last year my gf of 5 years broke up with me.And I haven't met anyone cuz im always at work or school.AND I have no confidence because I have weigh and acne issues. So basically, I have no friends.I'm not where I want to be. I'm not where I thought I'd be when I was a senior in high school.I feel like i'm failing at life while everyone else is excelling...

    Okay.

Let's not beat around the bush!

    Man/Woman up.

Weight problems? Get down to business and start working out. You don't have to get a gym membership to work out either. Run around the block, biking, use the stairs multiple times a day, don't sleep in, don't eat out, and DO NOT eat over processed foods like packaged cakes, fruit cups, bagged chips, donuts, pizza, box dinners, white bread, BAD!

Acne? That will clear up with the weight loss, but buy some tea tree oil, dilute it and use a cotton ball to splotch it on the affected areas. If you can't do that, wash your face in the morning, and before bed. A bad diet, will up your chances to break out again so eat fresh foods, drink lots of water, and if possible, stop drinking any kind of soda, sugar drinks, and whole milk.

Okay now you want success? Work on yourself, then look for a significant other. Once you feel accomplishment within yourself, success will follow.

If you want friends, start a class of some sort like a bowling league, try volunteering at a shelter, visit with your family, go out of your way to make someone else's day and it will pay off.

Success isn't kids and a house, its happiness.

Now if that's what you strive for, you have plenty of time. But you have to stop wallowing in pity and wake up. Don't be so hard on yourself, and remember you are doing the best you can and that is enough.

    But keep pushing.

And treat yourself, go out do something that you enjoy because you don't want to work yourself to death!

don't compare yourself to others. you have real life experience that none of them have because they spent the last 4 years in college being a kid relying on mom and dad. It will all turn around eventually
