stomach and hunger concern?

I'm 25 years old, and I've been having issue where I can eat a while crap ton of food and then 30 min later be so hungry, literally feels like my stomach is eating itself. The pain is horrid, until I eat again that is. Not sure of this is normal or what? Its like this every day all day long. What's up with this?

    Could be an ulcer...ulcers hurt worse on an empty stomach but can sometimes be irritated by certain types of food

    if u r eating healthy foods, I'd see a dr.
