Can anyone confirm if this is poison ivy?

I found this growing straight up out of the ground under a holly bush. I can't find any information about the possibility of poison ivy having additional leaves further down the same vine. The top three leaves fit the description of poison ivy perfectly. The leaves have serrated edges. The veins on one leaf are opposite one another and the veins on another leaf are side by side. I am confused as to what this is.

No it's not poison ivy. Poison ivy leaves do not have serrated edges. And they are sometimes notched, but more oval than those. Sciencegravy is correct--that's probably a variety of hickory tree.
