They aren't 'fairy tales' any more than the myths of the Greeks, or Romans or Celts or Egyptians, etc are 'fairy tales'. The bible has some mythic stories, some morality stories, some pseudo history of the Jewish people, some moral and social laws and the life story of a man who may or may not have existed, along with the probably fairly real history of the religion that was founded in his name about 70 years after his death...

The Bible is over 70 different books.

They were written from 5000 to 2000 years ago.

Some are myths, history, poetry, fiction, etc.

I don't recall any fairies being mentioned.

Not all the books of the Bible. There is truth in the teaching of Jesus. The teaching of Jesus is recorded only in 4 books of the Bible - Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.

The Bible is a collection of many writings by many authors over a period of hundreds of years. There are stories, histories, biographies and letters and political commentary. There are songs, poems, wise sayings, laws, and commandments. There are lessons about life and love and God.

Jews believe the authors of the Jewish Scriptures (Old Testament) were inspired by God.

Christians believe the authors of both the Old and New Testament were inspired by God.

The Bible's primary purpose is to teach us the truth about God and His (or Her) love for us, not to teach facts about history or science.

All scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for refutation, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that one who belongs to God may be competent, equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, section 105 and following.

    With love in Christ.

Have you read it? It reads like it was written by a drunk fiction writer. A lot of the people and places are historically accurate. Some of the event's have no evidence, where if they were true the evidence would be overwhelming.

Legends grounded in truth. They are simplified versions of events meant to teach moral lessons.

Everyone in the world except Christians and some muslims, and a few specially confused individuals, think the bible is myth.

    Myths and fairy tales.

Real wouldn't contain talking snakes, immaculate conception, Jesus being magical, walking on water etc.

And not to mention, one POWERFUL IMAGINARY BEING that created everything. And then blames the devil for it not matching with truths

Some of it is allegory or metaphor or fables or whatever you want to call it. The really important part, about Jesus, is very real.
